Every first purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided a reasonable attempt was made to install and use the product.

## How it works

Contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a store. Tell us what didn't work; we'll try to fix it first, and refund you if we can't.

## What's covered

First purchase per store, the Pro license. Renewals are refundable within 14 days if no support was used.

## Build It For You

Service work is quoted and contracted separately; refund terms are part of each quote.
